A challenging but rewarding position has come about to manage our housing management services. Overseeing the temporary accommodation service at Maninplace, the successful candidate will have a strong organisational skills with an ability to lead a hard working team working across Telford. You will have the ability to manage and maintain a high standard of accommodation that is always ready to be accommodated by our clients, working with your team to assist customers in tenancy management and coacking them to reach their accommodation goals and prevent a return to street living.
£18,776 per annum (this is inclusive of 4% recompense for On Call duties) and is subject to maintaining current, or securing alternative funding streams.
Qualifications & experience
In management (Qualification enhancement for NVQ Level 4 in Leadership/Management), homelessness, support services, health and social care, criminal justice system or related relevant experience in providing advice and guidance.
Directors of the company
Working across various locations in Telford.
The role will consist of 36 hours per week based on a working pattern over 5 days, usually Monday to Friday.
The service however, will be delivered during both day time, evenings, nights and weekends seven days a week and the availability to cover some of these varying shifts may be required form time to time.
This post will include the requirement for out of hours On-Call duties as part of the management team.
