Accommodation based support worker

To promote hope through encouraging and supporting people to find solutions to their homelessness and develop their skills, to achieve positive outcomes, and maximising their sense of wellbeing.  Ensure vulnerable people are assisted appropriately and sensitively as they adjust and move forward.  Coordinate group and responsive support sessions to create a sense of a learning, personal development and community within the core provision.


£8.17 per hour, Annual salary of £12,745.

Qualifications & experience

Qualification in maths and English at GCSE level (minimum), computer literate with experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, experience in homelessness support services, health and social care, criminal justice system or related relevant experience in providing advice and guidance.

Assisted Living Scheme Manager


Working from a Maninplace property in south Telford, and responding to operational needs across the Telford & Wrekin area.


30 hrs per week.

The working pattern will be over five days per week, between the hours of 08:30 and 22:00 with alternate weekends.
