Thedeliveryofresponsiveassistancetocustomerstoenablethem to achieve their accommodationgoals, thus preventingareturntohomelessnessandroughsleeping.Ensuring thepersonal safety ofcustomers and visitors. Working to assist customers to buildtheirskillsand confidenceand senseof wellbeing,with theaim thatcustomerswill beable tolive independently.Liaisonwith otherservices and agencies includingFloatingSupportdelivered throughthe “Inspire To Thrive Telford” partnership
£7.50 per hour rising to £7.86 per hour, (annual salary £7356 for 18 hours pw, £13079 for 32 hours pw)
Qualifications & experience
Qualification in maths and English at GCSE level (minimum), computer literate with experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, experience in homelessness support services, health and social care, criminal justice system or related relevant experience in providing advice and guidance.
To provide temporary accommodation of a high standard, assisting people with presenting needs to be signed post to appropriate support services. Assisting customers to maintain their tenancy and assist them to move on to more sustainable tenancies, and reduce the need for people to be homeless and rough sleeping.
Housing Management Services Manager
Working from a Maninplace property in Wellington, and responding to operational needs across the Telford & Wrekin area.
There are two posts available:
1 x 18 hours average per week.
1 x 32 hours average per week.
The working pattern will be between the hours of 8:00 – 23:00 hrs as per rota and will include alternate weekends.
