2 x TEMPORARY HOUSING MANAGEMENT WORKERS In order to cover staff sickness and annual leave, we wish to recruit 2 x TEMPORARY HOUSING MANAGEMENT WORKERS with immediate effect on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
Salary: £7.50 per hour, minimum of 20 hours per week. This role requires flexibility in the times worked, and will include weekend and evening work (latest finish 21:30).
Working as part of a team based in south Telford, you will ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers by maintaining properties to a high standard, signposting to appropriate support, and assisting customers to meet the terms and conditions of their tenancy. This includes collecting monies owed and responding to welfare or behavioural issues.
There is an extensive amount of lone working in this role. You will be required to travel between our properties, and therefore a full driving licence valid in the UK and access to a car insured for business use is an essential requirement. A DBS certificate will be required.
