Homelessness Services Manager (Temporary maternity cover)
A challenging but rewarding position has come about to cover Maternity leave for the post of Homelessness Services Manager.
The Homelessness Services Manager role is an essential part of our emergency accommodation service overseeing operational procedures on a day to day basis, ensuring an efficient and qualify service is offered to all customers accessing our provision, both during office and out of hours. The successful candidate will harness effective and positive links between the emergency accommodation at Maninplace, the KiP@Maninplace Project and external partner organisations working across Telford and Wrekin to respond to rough sleepers and the homeless.

As a Homelessness Services Worker you will be at the front line of Maninplace, delivering an essential element of our service to people who have become homeless or have been rough living during.
From the first phone call to a warm welcome at the front door, you will offer our customers a friendly face and a welcoming service that seeks to bring security and assurances for those experiencing a time of uncertainty.
