Accommodation Sustainment Worker - Positive Engagement Project 36 hrs per week (average) 2 posts available Working a 4 on, 4 off rota
Working at a newly developed “Positive Engagement Project”, you will provide vital support to the Positive Diversion Team, ensuring quality accommodation is always ready and available for customers taking up this bespoke support programme. You will be resilient and comfortable working as a lone worker, ready to respond to tenancy needs for those residing at the property.
Accommodation Sustainment Worker 34 hrs per week 1 post available
Working to a 2 week rolling rota including evening shifts until 21:30 and alternate weekend. Immediate start available
This role will suit a resilient and hardworking individual who is able to manage their time well, be of a flexible nature and be ready to respond to customer needs at short notice.
As part of the Accommodation Sustainment Team, you will help ensure our temporary accommodation is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and decoration at all times, assisting vulnerable adults to maintain their home and understand what it means to be tenant ready. You will have an eye for detail and be able to respond promptly to any tenancy and property matters.
Floating Support Worker (KiP@Maninplace) 16 hrs per week 1 post available
Working to 2-3 days per week. Immediate start available
This role will suit a highly motivate, positive and hardworking individual who is able to manage their time well, be of a flexible nature and be respond to a wide variety of customer needs for vulnerable adults who have or maybe about to experience homelessness.
As part of the KiP@Maninplace Team, you will provide tailored support to our customers assisting them to access emergency, temporary and long-term accommodation provision, help with welfare benefit and finances, obtaining ID, access to health care and other appropriate support services, and much more.
Your positive outlook will be key when providing a safe and comfortable environment for our customers to enter when taking their first steps away from homelessness.
Homelessness Triage Worker (KiP@Maninplace) 27.5 hrs per week 1 post available
Working Mon to Fri 0930 - 1500
Immediate start available
This role will suit a self-motivated and positive individual who will work on the frontline of our homelessness services, you will be the first face customers see as they enter the KiP@Maninplace front door. You will provide a warm and friendly welcome that brings some reassurance and ease during a time of uncertainty and despair.
Providing a first response to visitors and callers, you will play an integral part of ensuring this busy service operates efficiently and quickly, responding at the point of need and helping to reduce rough sleeping due to homelessness.
