As the Finance Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring solid financial governance occurs throughout the business, as well as maintaining financial records of company transactions.
Maninplace has been responding and supporting people who present as homeless or rough living in Telford for over 15 years. Our staffing team is committed to providing a safe environment that enables customers to develop their confidence, self-esteem and reach their full potential. As an “Accommodation Sustainment Worker” you will be part of a dedicated team offering a bespoke service to individuals whose lives have been impacted by past traumas, resulting in chaotic living, challenging behaviour, ill mental health, substance misuse, and poor general wellbeing.
The successful candidate will be flexible, highly motivated, emotionally resilient, and able to turn their hand to all aspects of the role, all while bringing a strong contribution to the organisation. Every aspect of the role will maintain a person-centred approach that supports all customers. Your tenacious and can-do attitude will ensure every task is completed to a high standard and will promote the wellbeing and confidence of customers accommodated within the housing provision.
The Homelessness Service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing access to emergency accommodation on a night-by-night basis for people who are rough sleeping or becoming homeless. As a Homelessness Services Worker you will be at the front line of Maninplace, delivering an essential element of our service throughout late evenings and night time.
From the first phone call to a warm welcome at the door, you will offer our customers a friendly face and a welcoming service that seeks to bring security and assurances for those experiencing a time of uncertainty. This role will suit someone with a highly motivated and positive nature, with an eye for detail, and an ability to be compassionate but objective and tenacious.
