Housing Management Workers

We are looking for well motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of housing management workers, providing safe, secure and comfortable accommodation to people who become homeless or rough living in the Telford and Wrekin area.

You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of accommodation to our customers, ensuring they are encouraged and motivated to maintain their own accommodation and achieve their longer term tenancy goals.

Accommodation Based Support Workers

We are wanting to recruit enthusiastic and motivated individuals to provide a high standard of accommodation based support to people living in our homes.

Working with a positive and person centred approach, you will be responsible for supporting people to sustain long term tenancies and help individuals reach their own personal life goals.  You will be part of a support team delivering individualised support plans across our organisation.

Group Activities Support Worker

We are recruiting an organised and highly motivated person to coordinate and run group activities that offer support, encouragement and learning to customers living in our supported provisions.

Using proven support experience, you will coordinate and run group activities and support sessions that motivate, encourage and support, as well as providing a learning environment to customers accommodated in our supported provisions.
